VeraBank Announces Alex Machts as Mortgage Banker

TYLER, TX - VeraBank is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Machts to Mortgage Banker at the bank's Tyler Market Square location at 107 Market Square Blvd. in Tyler.

Alex joined VeraBank in November 2021 and brings eight years of banking experience to her new role. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to customer service and professional growth, advancing from a Level I Relationship Banker to Mortgage Banker.

As Mortgage Banker, Alex will assist customers with every stage of the lending process, from prequalification through closing, whether they are purchasing a home, building a new residence or refinancing an existing mortgage.

"What motivates me most is helping customers who may be new to the mortgage process," said Alex. "I want to provide honest guidance, answer their questions and help turn what can feel overwhelming into an exciting and rewarding experience."
